The revolutionary Switchback Seat is designed to simply connect to any Veer frame so you can stroll, jog, bike or chill with one click from birth on.

Easy clean, cushy soft goods, on-demand shade, bump absorbing dampeners, exoskeleton back and  make for the most comfortable and versatile seat ever.  The Switchback Seat comes with a Heather Gray color kit (seat insert and canopy), but you can change colors in a "snap".  When you stop for mealtime, the Switchback Seat instantly turns into a booster seat.

Veer Has You Covered

Your Veer Gear is warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 or 2 years (depending on the item) from your date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.

Your warranty is not transferable, extends only to the original retail purchaser, and is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase.

The warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase. This warranty is subject to the conditions set forth by the country in which the items were purchased. Conditions may vary. Veer will not ship replacement or repair parts out of the country of purchase.

How long is my warranty?

Your Veer warranty covers Cruisers, Switchback Seats, &Roll Frames, and &Jog Frames for a best-in-class 2 years. All other items are covered for 1 year.

Replacement Parts

Veer will provide replacement parts or conduct repairs as determined by the Veer support team.  We reserve the right to exchange an item or provide a replacement part. Some parts may be replaced with newer model parts as the Cruiser is improved over time.

Exclusions

Please note that a repair issue will NOT be covered by this warranty if:

  • The issue is caused by misuse or poor maintenance.  Please refer to the instruction manual for guidance on per use of your Veer item.  
  • Damage is caused by improper installation of Veer parts and/or accessories.  Please refer to the instruction manual for guidance on assembly and use of your Veer item.
  • Damage is from corrosion, mold or rust caused by lack of maintenance or service. 
  • Damage is due to general wear and tear, which is the result of everyday use or negligence. 
  • Damage is caused by sun intensity, sweat, detergents, damp storage or frequent washings.
  • Damage is caused by an accident, airline or freight carrier.
  • Repairs or modifications are carried out by a third party.
  • Your Veer item was purchased from an unauthorized retailer.  Approved retailers are listed on the dealer locator at goveer.com.  Veer Cruisers is the only authorized retailer on Amazon.com.  There are no authorized retailers on eBay.
  • Your Veer item was purchased second hand.

GROUND SHIPPING

Shop with ease at Tots to Teens, where we ship small items via UPS or FedEx for your convenience. You'll receive a purchase confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your item is shipped, we'll send you a follow-up email with the tracking number. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

LTL & FREIGHT SHIPPING

Get big items delivered straight to your curbside with our nationwide LTL & Freight Shipping option! While we can't ship hefty purchases with our regular ground shipping, we'll make sure they're dropped off right outside your home. Please note that it's up to you to lift and bring the item inside, so plan accordingly as it might take more than one person to handle a heavy load off the truck.

 

Before the delivery date, the shipping company will call you to schedule a time. Typically, this will be on weekdays during normal office hours and will fall within a 2-to-4-hour period. However, please make yourself available for the entire day (8am to 5pm) to ensure a smooth delivery process. Ensure you're ready at the scheduled time and have enough manpower for the job. If you need assistance or must change the scheduled time, the shipping company may charge you for their extra services. Don’t miss out on your amazing purchase—prepare well and make sure you've got everything you need!

 

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Attention Tots to Teens customers! Please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location. Typical shipping time frames are:

 

  • LTL & Freight Shipping: 2-3 weeks from the shipped date for in-stock items.
  • Ground Shipping: 5-10 business days for in-stock items.

If a product is on backorder due to high demand, we'll notify you of its expected ship date via email. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us. If an item is backordered, we'll notify you of the change and ship it immediately once it's available (unless you cancel).

To cancel an order, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for specific instructions. By proceeding with a return or refund request, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, ensuring a fair and consistent approach for all parties involved and protecting the retailer's rights.

Experience ultimate customer satisfaction with our White Glove Delivery & Installation (WGD&I) service. We go above and beyond to ensure your purchases arrive on time and in pristine condition. Our professional installers will deliver your items to the room of your choice, unbox them, and set them up with great care.

 

But our service doesn't just end there. We also guarantee the removal of all packaging and debris from your furniture, leaving your home clean and clutter-free. Please note that you must be present to receive your delivery. Additionally, we do not offer returns or refunds following WGD&I.

 

Scheduling your WGD&I is easy and convenient. A Tots to Teens associate will work with you to find a suitable time that meets your schedule and ours. Our standard rate locally covers a 25-mile radius from our store location. For distances beyond 25 miles, there is an additional charge of $3.50 per each additional mile.

 

We offer White Glove Delivery & Installation in North Carolina only. For WGD&I outside of NC, please contact the store before making your purchase.

How does this Switchback Seat connect to the Cruiser?

The Switchback Seat connects to the Cruiser or Cruiser XL using the

Switchback Adapter for Cruiser, which is similar to Veer's infant car

seat adapters for Cruiser.
How do I clean my Switchback?

One of the best features of the Switchback System is that it was

designed to get dirty and be easy to clean. Soft Goods: All softs goods

are made to be machine washable and even hose washable. Frames:

The frames are all designed to be hose washable.
Does the Switchback Seat have the capability to be forward or rear facing?

Yes, the Switchback Seat is designed to be front or rear facing on

either the &Roll or &Jog frames, or even when connected to the

Cruiser or Cruiser XL using the Cruiser Adapter for Switchback Seat.
Does the Switchback Seat recline to full lay flat? Or close to full lay flat?

The Switchback Seat reclines to a near lay flat level. This last recline

position was designed to be comfortable for resting. In this position,

the calf support can be extended to match the seat bottom's angle, or

to a level even with the ground, depending on what's most

comfortable for your infant or toddler.
Do you have to remove the Switchback Seat in order for the &Roll or &Jog to fold down?

No. Either frame can be folded with one Switchback Seat attached.
Can you recline the Switchback Seat when it's connected to the &Chill camp seat adapter?

Yes, by all means.  It can be used in with the &Chill

adapter in all recline positions.
