Q: Can the PIPA urbn be installed with a base?

A:No, The PIPA urbn cannot be installed with a base. The PIPA urbn does not require the use of a base due to the integrated pipaFIX steel rigid latch. The PIPA urbn is not compatible with the PIPA series base or the PIPA RELX base. PIPA urbn can be installed with the pipaFIX lower anchors, the vehicle belt, or both.

Q: When will PIPA urbn be available as a stand-alone?

A:There is no current plan to offer the PIPA urbn as a stand-alone car seat. The heart and soul of the PIPA urbn design is for families with on-the-go lifestyles or frequent travelers, so pairing it as a travel system with a stroller makes the most sense.

Q: Are there other accessories available for the MIXX next?

A:Yes, the MIXX series child tray, MIXX series ring adapter (included, MIXX and DEMI grow cup holder, MIXX series rain cover, and wheeled travel bag can all be purchased separately.

PIPA™ Series Travel bag

The travel bag itself is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty. When purchased it will extend the PIPA™ manufacturer warranty for an additional year when used in travel bag and damage occurs.*

Existing 1 year warranty +1 = 2 years of coverage.

Bassinets

Our Demi grow and MIXX series bassinets are covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the day it was purchased.

Accessories

LTL & FREIGHT SHIPPING

Get big items delivered straight to your curbside with our nationwide LTL & Freight Shipping option! While we can't ship hefty purchases with our regular ground shipping, we'll make sure they're dropped off right outside your home. Please note that it's up to you to lift and bring the item inside, so plan accordingly as it might take more than one person to handle a heavy load off the truck.

Before the delivery date, the shipping company will call you to schedule a time. Typically, this will be on weekdays during normal office hours and will fall within a 2-to-4-hour period. However, please make yourself available for the entire day (8am to 5pm) to ensure a smooth delivery process. Ensure you're ready at the scheduled time and have enough manpower for the job. If you need assistance or must change the scheduled time, the shipping company may charge you for their extra services. LTL & Freight Shipping: 2-3 weeks from the shipped date for in-stock items.

If a product is on backorder due to high demand, we'll notify you of its expected ship date via email. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us. If an item is backordered, we'll notify you of the change and ship it immediately once it's available (unless you cancel).

But our service doesn't just end there. We also guarantee the removal of all packaging and debris from your furniture, leaving your home clean and clutter-free. Please note that you must be present to receive your delivery. Additionally, we do not offer returns or refunds following WGD&I.

Scheduling your WGD&I is easy and convenient. A Tots to Teens associate will work with you to find a suitable time that meets your schedule and ours. Our standard rate locally covers a 25-mile radius from our store location. For distances beyond 25 miles, there is an additional charge of $3.50 per each additional mile.
