Crib - The Ragusa Forever Crib is a 4 in 1 crib: it converts to a Toddler Bed, to a Daybed and then to a Full-Size Bed. It is defined by both modern design and the baroque charm and matches the highest v quality with the strictest and safety standards. It is a wonderful blend of traditional style and antique charm created with high quality craftsmanship. It’s crafted from select sustainable hardwood. Tested to meet or exceed all required US and Canada standards. GreenGuard Gold Certified.

The toddler rail and the full-size bed rails are sold separately. We strongly recommend that the conversion rails be purchased at the same time as the crib.

Dresser - The Ragusa Double Dresser provides ample space to store everything from clothing to cherished treasures. Providing plenty of space to store everything from large blankets to tiny booties and precious onesies. Add extra storage with the addition of the Pali Bookcase/Hutch (sold separately) or go dual purpose and add the Pali Changing Tray (sold separately). The drawers have soft-closing drawer glides for ease and safety, and the dresser is finished with non-toxic finishes. Crafted from select sustainable hardwood and non-toxic finishes. Tested to meet or exceed all required US and Canada standards.

Warranty Information

The Pali warranty is one full year. Pali products are covered by a Limited Warranty against defective material or workmanship. This one year limited warranty is effective from the purchase date and is only applicable to the original purchaser; it is non-transferable. The Pali limited warranty covers only damage that is a direct result of Pali’s manufacturing process or defective materials. Please take care to treat your Pali furniture like the high quality furniture that it is. We will not cover any damage caused by negligence, misuse, incorrect installation, improper storage or improper maintenance. The warranty will not apply if modifications or repairs are done by the purchaser or a third party without Pali’s prior approval or if upon discovery of a defect the purchaser fails to take prompt and reasonable steps to prevent the defect from becoming more serious. When out of warranty, please contact our customer service department: customerservice@pali-design.com . Wood characteristics are not covered by the Pali Limited Warranty. Each species or wood used by Pali is unique and therefore, variations of color and grain can occur from piece to piece. These characteristics are common are naturally occurring in the wood and are in no way considered to be manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover such variations, or variations between floor samples or printed illustrations and your furniture.

Once your item is shipped, we'll send you a follow-up email with the tracking number. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

LTL & FREIGHT SHIPPING

Get big items delivered straight to your curbside with our nationwide LTL & Freight Shipping option! While we can't ship hefty purchases with our regular ground shipping, we'll make sure they're dropped off right outside your home. Please note that it's up to you to lift and bring the item inside, so plan accordingly as it might take more than one person to handle a heavy load off the truck.

Before the delivery date, the shipping company will call you to schedule a time. Typically, this will be on weekdays during normal office hours and will fall within a 2-to-4-hour period. However, please make yourself available for the entire day (8am to 5pm) to ensure a smooth delivery process. Ensure you're ready at the scheduled time and have enough manpower for the job. If you need assistance or must change the scheduled time, the shipping company may charge you for their extra services. SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Attention Tots to Teens customers! Please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location. Typical shipping time frames are:

LTL & Freight Shipping: 2-3 weeks from the shipped date for in-stock items.
Ground Shipping: 5-10 business days for in-stock items.

If a product is on backorder due to high demand, we'll notify you of its expected ship date via email. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us. If an item is backordered, we'll notify you of the change and ship it immediately once it's available (unless you cancel).

Experience ultimate customer satisfaction with our White Glove Delivery & Installation (WGD&I) service. We go above and beyond to ensure your purchases arrive on time and in pristine condition. Our professional installers will deliver your items to the room of your choice, unbox them, and set them up with great care.

But our service doesn't just end there. We also guarantee the removal of all packaging and debris from your furniture, leaving your home clean and clutter-free. Please note that you must be present to receive your delivery. Additionally, we do not offer returns or refunds following WGD&I.

Scheduling your WGD&I is easy and convenient. A Tots to Teens associate will work with you to find a suitable time that meets your schedule and ours. Our standard rate locally covers a 25-mile radius from our store location. For distances beyond 25 miles, there is an additional charge of $3.50 per each additional mile.

We offer White Glove Delivery & Installation in North Carolina only. For WGD&I outside of NC, please contact the store before making your purchase.
