The Natart Urban/Metro collection is one of Natart's newest collections. It was introduced recently and features beautiful furniture pieces designed to complete your baby nursery. Made with elegant lines and craftsmanship, the Urban/Metro collection features several pieces including a 2 piece nursery set includes the crib and 3 drawer dresser, and a Low profile footboard 54" w/ Double Bed Conversion Rails in 4 finishes, Charcoal, Natural, Washed Walnut, White, and Sand. It should also be noted that the crib can be converted to a toddler bed and a full size bed with use of the conversion rails.

Natart Juvenile, Inc, the parent company of TULIP, is a family run business which was founded in Rome, Italy in 1988 as a manufacturer of adult furniture. In 1995, we moved the company to Quebec, Canada in order expand our structure and to better serve the growing North American demand for high-end furniture. The juvenile division was subsequently launched in 2001.

Natart Juvenile has successfully branded itself as a predominantly classical furniture line with distinctive design elements. After receiving multiple demands, from both retailers and consumers alike for a more modern line, TULIP was conceived and launched in 2008. Although TULIP is inspired by an urban lifestyle, we take great care in avoiding the sterile design approach that many modern juvenile furniture companies have. Since the end user is a child and not an adult, we prefer that our furniture evokes a feeling of comfort. We are also conscientious in utilizing “eco-friendly” components and manufacturing processes to ensure that our furniture is not only ecologically sound, but above all “user safe.”

Either the URBAN and METRO Convertible Cribs can be converted to a 39″ Twin Bed using this Conversion Kit. Additionally, you can convert the cribs into a full size 54’’ double bed (sold seperately).

Warranty Information

Tulip Juvenile, Inc. warrants to the consumer originally purchasing this furniture item that the product will be free from manufacturing defects, under normal use, for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase. A verifiable copy of the retail receipt showing the date, store, model name/number and color, as well as the purchase amount must be submitted when making a claim under this warranty.

We offer a Lifetime Warranty exclusively on the Drawer Box only and the Drawer Glides only for dressers produced in 2018 and newer!

This warranty excludes defects derived from normal wear and tear, color fading, or any other condition due to the normal passage of time. Other exclusions are damages derived from abuse, accident, alteration, neglect or improper assembly, delivery to the home, maintenance, storage, transportation or use. In no instance will Natart Juvenile, Inc. be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages.

At our discretion, we will repair, replace (with either an identical or comparable item) or send parts for any product or individual component within 4 months after both the receipt and acknowledgement of the warranty claim and supporting digital photos or paperwork.

You, the consumer, are very important to us and we appreciate your support. We analyze claims on a case by case basis, and will do our best to reasonably resolve any problems that you may have.

LTL & FREIGHT SHIPPING

Get big items delivered straight to your curbside with our nationwide LTL & Freight Shipping option! While we can't ship hefty purchases with our regular ground shipping, we'll make sure they're dropped off right outside your home. Please note that it's up to you to lift and bring the item inside, so plan accordingly as it might take more than one person to handle a heavy load off the truck.

 

Before the delivery date, the shipping company will call you to schedule a time. Typically, this will be on weekdays during normal office hours and will fall within a 2-to-4-hour period. However, please make yourself available for the entire day (8am to 5pm) to ensure a smooth delivery process. Ensure you're ready at the scheduled time and have enough manpower for the job. If you need assistance or must change the scheduled time, the shipping company may charge you for their extra services. Don’t miss out on your amazing purchase—prepare well and make sure you've got everything you need!

 

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Attention Tots to Teens customers! Please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location. Typical shipping time frames are:

 

  • LTL & Freight Shipping: 2-3 weeks from the shipped date for in-stock items.
  • Ground Shipping: 5-10 business days for in-stock items.

If a product is on backorder due to high demand, we'll notify you of its expected ship date via email. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us. If an item is backordered, we'll notify you of the change and ship it immediately once it's available (unless you cancel).

To cancel an order, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for specific instructions. By proceeding with a return or refund request, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, ensuring a fair and consistent approach for all parties involved and protecting the retailer's rights.

Our professional installers will deliver your items to the room of your choice, unbox them, and set them up with great care.

 

But our service doesn't just end there. We also guarantee the removal of all packaging and debris from your furniture, leaving your home clean and clutter-free. Please note that you must be present to receive your delivery. Additionally, we do not offer returns or refunds following WGD&I.

 

Scheduling your WGD&I is easy and convenient. A Tots to Teens associate will work with you to find a suitable time that meets your schedule and ours. Our standard rate locally covers a 25-mile radius from our store location. For distances beyond 25 miles, there is an additional charge of $3.50 per each additional mile.

 

We offer White Glove Delivery & Installation in North Carolina only. For WGD&I outside of NC, please contact the store before making your purchase.

Skip the extra fees by using our in-store pickup option. Conveniently located near HWY 540 and Brier Creek in Raleigh, NC, simply wait for notification from a Tots to Teens associate that your items are available. From there, schedule a pickup time with a team member or give us an hour's notice if you can't schedule immediately. This guarantees a smooth and timely experience. When you arrive, you'll be asked to sign off on your items, ensuring you receive them in good condition.
