Warranty Information

WonderFold Warranty Policy Effective February 1, 2024

Limited Warranty Coverage: When you purchase a new, unused WonderFold product, you are entitled to receive a product free from any manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date the product is delivered. The claim must be filed within 30 days from the date the product is delivered. Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a product.

For any claims regarding missing parts or cosmetic damage, customers must contact WonderFold within 30 days from the delivery date. For any claims regarding missing or wrong items, customers must contact WonderFold within 30 days of the delivery date.

Warranty Extension for WonderFold Products: When you purchase a new, unused WonderFold product from www.wonderfold.com or an authorized seller, your product is covered under our one-year manufacturer warranty. Our warranty covers parts that affect the functionality of the product.

*All accessories purchased from February 1, 2023, onwards will be covered under our extended warranty, given that you have contacted us within one year from the delivery date.

Warranty Claim Process: To submit a claim, you will need proof of purchase showing the date of purchase, the retailer's name, and a list of the items purchased. Unfortunately, we won't be able to process your claim if this information cannot be provided.

After looking through your claim, if we find that a manufacturer defect exists with your WonderFold product that affects the product's functionality, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the part or product at no charge to you. In some instances, we will request the damaged part be returned to our warehouse for inspection. If the part is not shipped within three weeks of receiving the return label, the warranty for your product will be null and void for the remainder of the warranty period.

If you are an international customer who purchased from an authorized seller, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your replacement parts.

Exclusions and Limitations: Some exclusions apply which would void or do not apply to the one-year warranty, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Damage due to normal wear and use, misuse, neglect, abuse, and alterations
  • Damage caused by corrosion, mold, rust, sun intensity, sweat, detergents, sunscreen, damp storage, frequent washing, improper maintenance, storage, or failure to keep dry
  • Exceeding weight restrictions
  • Not using as instructed
  • Not heeding warning labels and recommendations as provided on instructions or packaging
  • Dropping the item
  • Damage resulting from an accident, freight, or air transportation
  • Only products bought NEW from authorized retailers, or wonderfold.com are covered under warranty. Those that are bought secondhand, open box, or marked final sale are void

Misuse of Warranty: If there is any misuse of our warranty, the customer will no longer be able to file a warranty claim for past or future WonderFold purchases and the customer will be removed from all WonderFold programs they participate in.

Unauthorized Dealers: We want our customers to enjoy our products fully and firmly caution them against buying from an unauthorized dealer.

Since we have no formal relationship with these retailers, we may not help you should you experience difficulties with your products.

To ensure the integrity of your purchases, we recommend that you only purchase our products from authorized dealers. We officially recognize these dealers and will honor any warranty from these official retailers only.

Shop with ease at Tots to Teens, where we ship small items via UPS or FedEx for your convenience. You'll receive a purchase confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your item is shipped, we'll send you a follow-up email with the tracking number. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

LTL & FREIGHT SHIPPING

Get big items delivered straight to your curbside with our nationwide LTL & Freight Shipping option! While we can't ship hefty purchases with our regular ground shipping, we'll make sure they're dropped off right outside your home. Please note that it's up to you to lift and bring the item inside, so plan accordingly as it might take more than one person to handle a heavy load off the truck.

 

Before the delivery date, the shipping company will call you to schedule a time. Typically, this will be on weekdays during normal office hours and will fall within a 2-to-4-hour period. However, please make yourself available for the entire day (8am to 5pm) to ensure a smooth delivery process. Ensure you're ready at the scheduled time and have enough manpower for the job. If you need assistance or must change the scheduled time, the shipping company may charge you for their extra services. SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Attention Tots to Teens customers! Please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location. Typical shipping time frames are:

 

  • LTL & Freight Shipping: 2-3 weeks from the shipped date for in-stock items.
  • Ground Shipping: 5-10 business days for in-stock items.

If a product is on backorder due to high demand, we'll notify you of its expected ship date via email. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us. If an item is backordered, we'll notify you of the change and ship it immediately once it's available (unless you cancel).

To cancel an order, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for specific instructions. Our professional installers will deliver your items to the room of your choice, unbox them, and set them up with great care.

 

But our service doesn't just end there. We also guarantee the removal of all packaging and debris from your furniture, leaving your home clean and clutter-free. Please note that you must be present to receive your delivery. Additionally, we do not offer returns or refunds following WGD&I.

 

Scheduling your WGD&I is easy and convenient. A Tots to Teens associate will work with you to find a suitable time that meets your schedule and ours. Our standard rate locally covers a 25-mile radius from our store location. For distances beyond 25 miles, there is an additional charge of $3.50 per each additional mile.

 

We offer White Glove Delivery & Installation in North Carolina only. For WGD&I outside of NC, please contact the store before making your purchase.

Skip the extra fees by using our in-store pickup option. From there, schedule a pickup time with a team member or give us an hour's notice if you can't schedule immediately. This guarantees a smooth and timely experience. When you arrive, you'll be asked to sign off on your items, ensuring you receive them in good condition.
